This is Capoeira, the beautifully hard-to-describe dance-fight-music-enjoyable-thingy-from-Brazil brought to you by Capoeira Communities based in Norwich, UK.

This blog aims to be a place to share experiences, with a specialism of teaching Capoeira for social development as our specialism is in schools and education curriculae. We aim to connect with other Capoeira based projects, to pool experience and knowledge from a wide variety of appropriate resources. We are keen to keep an open mind and have a light-hearted documentation of our practice and share this for the benefit and evolution of Capoeira itself as an artform.
